Latest reviews of StarHub TV+ app for iPhone and iPad
After upgrade to new version of the app on iPad, I keep getting a Response tree invalid (nil) error while trying to play Live TV! Please fix.
When attempting to watch Live TV, it keeps crashing. Despite numerous attempt to contact Customer Service and Technical Support, through emails, there was no response.
Im a long time Starhub subscriber and this service is pretty useless. They have advertised this service as a means for you to watch your subscribed channels on the go but it does not provide you such. This is nothing more than an add-on in order to get more money from existing subscribers. I am now seriously considering cancelling my cable subscription and just sticking with Netflix and youtube for TV and mobile entertainment.
This app is very fragile. It breaks at every iOS upgrade.
Has never worked once. Constantly crashes (error codes -11853) when I try to watch any of the channels Im subscribed for. Really a pointless exercise for StarHub to even put this app on iTunes. Id give negative stars rating if it was allowed...
